Software Products and Solutions

Through service encapsulation and dynamic method invocation, we have made “comprehensive planning, step-by-step implementation” both operational and executable, reducing the technical complexity of system integration and lowering the cost of digital transformation.
  • UP-MOM is guided by the concept of transaction closed-loop processing, reinforcing PDCA management.

    Based on process procedure and planning, UP-MOM adopts a new model that combines Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for input and Just In Time (JIT) for output. This model enables comprehensive closed-loop processing for on-site operations, material circulation, resource allocation, and quality control. The system organizes work and assigns tasks oriented towards roles in workshop, with all types of results displayed in the form of Kanban, realizing collaboration in production and operation. Managers can use the system to monitor the status of “planning and execution” in real time, facilitating the immediate identification of problems and the proposal of optimization measures.
  • UP-MOM is designed for human-computer interaction based on application scenarios.

    It offers a variety of operating terminals or display forms, such as PCs, touch screens, PDAs, and high-definition display screen Kanbans. Taking into account the characteristics of various terminal input and output devices, the system has made targeted considerations, designing and selecting hardware from aspects such as application scenarios and input/output, simplifying the operation process and reducing the number of interactions. For example, the transmission of documents and data is mostly carried by barcodes, which facilitates quick search and identification by receivers. The input on touch screens is mainly in the form of selection and guided operation modes, supplemented with barcode scanners, RFID card readers, etc., to reduce data entering. PDAs are suitable for mobile data collection, and functions such as parts quality data collection, pre-assembly and assembly relationship collection, and material in-out stock are mostly implemented in PDAs.

    Based on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, it provides a lightweight, low-cost, high-security, fast-implementation, and easy-maintenance SaaS application. The system has built-in parameterized modeling tools and custom form and report tools. It can separate business logic from technical support, and business functions from enterprise models. It is implemented differentially to cater to the personalized needs of enterprises, adapting to the unique production organization and management model, and supporting the continuous improvement of enterprise business processes.
